  • Runner's Academy Podcast - It always amazes us how many hours can be spent talking about an activity as primal and monotonous as running, and this show doesn't disappoint.  All running, all the time.  Great advice about training and racing for runners at all levels.


  • The Rich Roll Podcast - Rich Roll turned his life around - from that of an overweight, middle-aged, over-worked man, to an ultraman athlete and advocate of a plant-powered life.  His guests, however extreme, are energetic and inspiring.


  • No Meat Athlete Radio - Matt Frazier is the "No Meat Athlete."  His podcasts are short and simple.  His topics are varied and his attitude is super down-to-earth, appealing to all sorts of athletes, no matter where you are on the vegan-to-carnivore spectrum.


  • Ben Greenfield Fitness - Like his book, Ben Greenfield's podcasts touch on the scientific aspects of endurance and strength training, recovery, and nutrition.  His podcasts follow more of a radio-show type of format, answering random pre-recorded questions from listeners.
